“During a property dispute between Sunil Sharma and his uncle, Jai Prakash Sharma, in Umrikala village under the jurisdiction of Maharajganj police station, a confrontation occurred. In the course of this altercation, Sunil Sharma attacked Jai Prakash Sharma, causing severe injuries. Jai Prakash Sharma was promptly taken to a hospital separate from Badlapur. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the attending doctor pronounced him deceased. Subsequently, an active case has been filed, leading to the arrest of the involved individuals as legal proceedings continue.”
