CENTRAL HAS DISCLOSED THE DETAILS OF TELANGANA DEBTS HOW MANY LAKHS CRORE

The Center has revealed the details of Telangana state debts. Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary gave a written answer to a question asked by Congress MP Uttam Kumar Reddy in the Lok Sabha. By October 2022, Telangana's debt will be Rs. 4,33,817.6 crores, the Center said. 

Debts at the time of the formation of Telangana were Rs. 75,577 crores. After that, the debts increased hugely. The Center revealed that the debts incurred by the Telangana government are increasing every year. Debts have increased after the formation of Telangana.


By October 2022, the total debt of Telangana will be Rs. 4,33,817.6 crores have been disclosed by the Union Finance Department.t. This amount has been disclosed as the combined debt of the state government, corporations under the state government, ent and public sector organizations

In 2014-15 Rs. 8,121 crores, in 2015-16 Rs. 15,515 crores, in 2016-17 Rs. 30,319 crores, in 2017-18 Rs. 22,658 crores, in 2018-19 Rs. 23,091 crores, in 2019-20 Rs. 30,577 crores, in 2020-21 Rs. 38,161 crores, in 2021-22 Rs. In addition to this, for the improvement of rural infrastructure, from the concerned corporation Rs. 8,871 crores was sanctioned while Rs. 7,144 crore has been released, the Center said. From Warehouse Infrastructure Fund Rs. 972 crores were sanctioned while Rs. 852 crores have been released, from the Food Processing Fund in 2015-16 and 2016-17 Rs. 28 crores was sanctioned while Rs. 10 crores have been released, from NABARD Infrastructure Development Assistance for implementation of various schemes Rs. 14,516.65 crores has been sanctioned and so far the state government has sanctioned Rs. The Center said that 11,424.66 crores have been utilized
